Logistics / Sales Co-ordinator


Up to £35,000 Negotiable

Full Time Permanent

9am till 5pm Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week


Our client is looking to recruit a Logistics & Sales Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.  This role is fast paced, fun, mentally stimulating and rewarding!


Working within FMCG environment, the objective of the role is to support and coordinate the sales process from the receipt of the order till the customer receives the order.


The Logistics / Sales Coordinator Responsibilities will include:


  • Assist with the pricing of sales orders.
  • Will raise sales orders, communicating with customers on deliveries.
  • Send order confirmations to customers.
  • Booking UK hauliers.
  • Instruct finance to raise invoices for the customer.
  • Assist with producing documents for all aspects of the sales and delivery process.
  • Updating the customer portal
  • Keeping the database updated
  • Communicating with external warehouses and service providers
  • Allocating stock to customer programs
  • Investigating any issues


The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a very fast paced team, providing support to the entire process.


This role is initially office based with an option to work hybrid after training has been completed the candidate has been in the role for a while.  The team is small, and the office is very relaxed.
